ARRESTS Felony charges of identity fraud and forgery were filed Sunday against two 18-year-old men who police say had phony IDs in the 1500 block of Cleveland Avenue SW. Julio Vargus-Calder, address unknown, and Marco Morales-Baten, of 1211 Sixth St. NW, also face misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
